Founded in 2004, Exclusive Serenity has established itself as a dedicated representation company, positioning hotels & resorts on the South African market. Our dynamic team acts as an extended arm for the hotels’ own sales and marketing department, extending the reach and effectiveness of the in-house department.

Founded by Melanie Floor who immigrated to South Africa from Germany, Exclusive Serenity has a European background drawing on its founders’ experience in promoting luxury properties.
Melanie Floor established Exclusive Serenity in 2004 and created its name whilst travelling on a plane. After her International Tourism Management studies and the achievement of the European Hotel Diploma, Melanie’s career started on property in various hotels in France, Luxembourg and Seychelles. Having found her calling in Sales & Marketing, Melanie worked at a renown representation company in Germany, promoting various luxury hotels in Chile, Dubai, Greece, India, Seychelles and the USA prior to opening up her own business. Exclusive Serenity reflects her high dedication and passion for Sales & Marketing as well as professionalism.
