Adaaran are pleased to announce that yoga classes will be added at Adaaran Select Hudhuranfushi as another unforgettable experience guests can have during their stay.
Yoga classes at Hudhuranfushi are offered twice a day; a morning vinyasa inspired class and a sunset hatha flow.
Classes include creative sequencing ensuring yoga-bliss for even the most seasoned practitioner.
All hotel guests are welcome to join these sessions which are suitable for all levels of yoga experience. The timetable is updated weekly. Honeymoon yoga and private sessions are also available daily and advanced bookings recommended.
Experienced yoga teacher, Eliza Ballard, is also a qualified physiotherapist and Pilates instructor and ensures individual attention is given to all participants in each class.
Physiotherapy services are also available and offer guests with an injury the ability to receive expert assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Common conditions seen include back and neck pain, headaches, and shoulder/hip/knee and ankle sprains. For those who sustain their injury whilst on holiday, travel insurance rebates may apply. Surfers receiving physiotherapy are guaranteed to get more out of their sessions in the water!
We are going to offer two purchase options for guests wishing to guarantee their place in class;
Limited slots available – 10 passes per class
Pre Purchase (Have to do the booking prior to the arrival)
Three classes – $50 Nett per person
Unlimited week – $155 Nett per person
On Spot (Can be booked once arrive to the Resort, depend on the availability)
Three classes – $55 Nett per person
Unlimited week – $180 Nett per person
Classes are located at the Lohis Surf Deck, overlooking the surf break and run 6 days a week.
