Kuganha is a pioneering wellness safari in South Africa’s Cape Karoo, set within a 10,000-hectare rewilded Big Five conservancy just under 2.5 hours from Cape Town.

Created from more than 25 years of experience hosting discerning international travellers, Kuganha brings privacy, personal wellbeing, conservation, food and nature into one quietly assured stay. At its heart are ten Private Tented Restoration Suites, each a minimum of 320 square metres and among the largest one-bedroom tented safari suites on the African continent. The defining idea is simple: the tent is the spa. Sauna, steam, cold immersion, salt halotherapy, flotation, massage facilities, private pools and spaces for rest are integrated into every suite, allowing guests to move between wellness, dining and stillness without leaving their own environment. Wellness is not another appointment on an itinerary; it is available in the guest’s own time and at their own pace.
