About Heritance Aarah Taking the all-inclusive concept even further, Aitken Spence Hotels opened their first Heritance property in Maldives the second half of 2019, Heritance Aarah, as a premier all-inclusive, all-villa resort.

With nine outlets for guests to enjoy delicious cuisine and spirited concoctions, the cuisine culture unfolded at the resort is intended to promote gastronomic specialties from around the world. The six dining outlets include flavours from hawker stalls to western farmers’ market, from France and Italy to the Middle East, Sri Lanka, Delhi, Istanbul, Mexico and Tokyo. The three bars include an exclusive space for Ocean Suite guests, poolside bar and an open-air rooftop venue. As part of the premium all-inclusive, guests can embark on various culinary adventures. Cooking classes for adults and children are offered twice a week. On Monday evenings, the resort’s own mixologist invites guests to a cocktail making master class. For the health-conscious guest, a bespoke rejuvenating wellness menu is individually designed by the Chef in cooperation with the Spa Team.
