On Thursday, 6 August at 12:00 pm South African time, paradise felt just a bit closer when we could escape lockdown with a virtual visit to the beautiful Maldives. The two award-winning team members at Adaaran Prestige Vadoo, Chef Gayan and Mixologist Mithun presented two of their creations each, while the Vadoo Band entertained viewers with musical performances. Those included some goose-bumps moments when they started the live show by playing their version of 'This time for Africa', based on Shakira's official 2010 FIFA World Cup song. The lady presenter interacted with the Chef and Mixologist whilst informing the audience about Adaaran Prestige Vadoo. The live show was further accompanied with breath-taking drone footage of the resort and surroundings. At the end of a passionately and well presented live event, the team ended their performance jointly singing 'We miss you - see you soon at Vadoo'. The recording of the event can be viewed here.
